Beijing SOJO Distribution Automation established, located at Tongzhou District, Beijing.

SOJO started to assemble and agent power distribution devices of overseas companies as OEM&ODM.

After two-year effort, the first SF6 ring main unit which is researched and developed by SOJO itself began to enter market.

Through 3-year effort, SOJO has independently researched and developed various products including SF6 ring main unit, medium and low voltage switchgears, box type substation, pole mounted switch and automation metering devices.

With the development of SOJO, a new manufacturing site begun to install in Huairou District, Beijing. This picture is the construction based site.

From the winter of 2005, SOJO has created the solid insulated ring main unit, which is a new and meaningful product for the development of the entire industry. The picture is the first application of solid insulated ring main units.

Beijing JOYO Electric ltd., co. set up, which is SOJO’s wholly-owned subsidiary. JOYO is mainly responsible for manufacturing medium and low voltage switchgears. And at the same time, the production line of JOYO was officially put into operation.

Beijing SOJO Electric Ltd., Co. has been awarded Beijing municipal enterprise technology center.
In January 26, 2011, SOJO has gained the international invention patent license of solid insulated ring main unit.
SOJO's solid insulated ring main unit has been listed in "the New Technologies Directory of First Priority Promotion" of National Grid Company.

In October 16, 2011, the company has held the first temporary stockholder’s meeting. In this meeting, has been passed, and 8,000,000 shares has been increased.

In April, SOJO's solid insulated ring main unit has passed KEMA type test. And at the same time, this product has been successfully sold to New Zealand and Sweden.

In November 11, the structurally customized and optimized SOJO's '57' express automated production line has put to operation.
In November 11, series II solid insulated RMU was firstly put into production and market.
Beijing ZOYO Electric Ltd., Co which is SOJO's wholly-owned subsidiary set up. ZOYO mainly research, design and manufacture power distribution automation device. This picture is automatic production line of ZOYO.

SOJO values R&D and constantly increase investment in it. In April 9, the Postdoctoral workstation was set up.
ZOYO has been awarded 5 software certifications.

In July, the switchgears made by recycled solid insulated material and with Galvanized shield has been put into market, which was a breakthrough of Chinese solid insulated RMU industry. Through independent R&D, the 24KV and 40.5KV solid insulated RMU was put into market.

In April 23, SOJO was listed on GEM (Stock code: 300444, Stock name: SOJO Electric).

SOJO has been awarded "Zhongguancun Top 100 Potential Company".
In this year, the R&D department has developed and improved.
The overall sales has broken through1, 000,000,000 RMB.
In December, SOJO was becoming a group company consisted by around 10 companies.
SOJO has strategically purchased Wuxi Power Transformer Co., Ltd., Yunnan Yiyong Meier Technology Co., Ltd., Yingli Rongchuang Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. And SOJO also invested Tianjin Donggao Membrane Tech. Co., Ltd. And set up Beijie New Energy Co., Ltd., Nanjie New Energy Co., Ltd. and New technology R&D centre.

SOJO Group was officially established, marking the implementation of a group-based management structure.
With approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), the Company completed a rights issue from July 24 to July 31, 2017, offering 1.5 new shares for every 10 shares held. A total of 42,157,957 shares were successfully subscribed, raising net proceeds of RMB 289 million, with a subscription rate of 99.18%—the highest among rights issues completed in the past two years—demonstrating strong investor confidence in the Company’s value.

The "SOJO Group Second Headquarters and Intelligent Power Grid High-End Equipment R&D and Manufacturing Base" project was officially signed in Changfeng County.

Hefei's first integrated solar-storage-charging battery swapping station for heavy-duty trucks was officially launched.

Construction of the Xinjiang New Energy Manufacturing Base commenced.
Construction of the Inner Mongolia New Energy Manufacturing Base commenced.
Construction of the Hubei New Energy Manufacturing Base commenced.
Completed the development of liquid-cooled ultra-fast charging and V2V products, and commenced mass delivery.

Beijing SOJO Electric Co., Ltd. was successfully approved as a Beijing Intellectual Property Pilot and Advantage Enterprise.
Beijing SOJO Electric Co., Ltd. was selected for the National Green Factory List.
SOJO Electric Hefei Co., Ltd. was recognized as an Anhui Provincial Enterprise Technology Center.
The first 5MWh energy storage container and integrated system were successfully commissioned and delivered to the 200 MW Mulei Wind Power Project of Jinhong Power.
Huawei Digital Power Technologies Co., Ltd. authorized Xinjiang SOJO New Energy Co., Ltd. as a Gold Partner.
The Investment Cooperation Agreement for the SOJO Group Inner Mongolia Digital Transformer Manufacturing Base and High- and Ultra-High-Voltage Transformer R&D Center was signed, marking SOJO Group's entry into the ultra-high-voltage (UHV) sector.
The Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang, and Hubei New Energy High-End Equipment R&D and Manufacturing Bases were officially put into operation.
